• A partial or full advance payment may be required

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service
• Late cancellations may result in partial or full charge
• No-show results in a 100% charge

• Airport transfers include flight monitoring
• Airport: up to 60 minutes waiting time included
• Other services: up to 15 minutes waiting time included

PORTO-TRANSFERS commits to: Punctuality, Safety and Premium Quality. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Traffic
• Weather conditions
• Accidents
• Unforeseen events

• Clients must indicate the number of passengers and luggage in advance
• Extra luggage may require a vehicle change or additional cost

• Company liability is limited to the value of the contracted service
• We are not liable for indirect losses (missed flights, meetings, etc.)

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR, used exclusively for:

• Booking management
• Client communication
• Service delivery

PORTO-TRANSFERS may use certified partners to carry out services, ensuring the same quality standards.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the company's registered area shall have jurisdiction.
